International Student and Work Authorization:

Starting Nov. 15,2022 and till Dec. 31,2023 International Students who are in Canada and who have off-campus work authorization on their study permit will not be restricted by the 20-hour-per-week rule. This includes who already submitted a study permit as of Oct. 7,2022 and onward once their application is approved.

Saskatchewan PNP

The Province of Saskatchewan is sending many Invitations To Apply (ITA) over the past few weeks for several NOCs with Express Entry or without under Occupation In Demand (SK OID). Once an ITA is received the clock starts running and you must submit a full application. Not all Canadian Immigration Consultants can represent clients before The Government of Saskatchewan.

He also highlighted how anyone can verify the license of an Immigration Consultant, and locate their email, phone number and their company name. This way, you can not only verify a license number but also find out who you are dealing with.

For any service, you need to sign an agreement with an exact amount of fees. There is no overnight fast track for immigration to Canada.

PGWP Eligibility Update for studying online

International students studying online abroad or who submit a study permit application no later than August 31, 2022, will continue to be able to complete up to 100% of their program online without affecting their PGWP eligibility. However, study time completed from abroad starting on September 1, 2023, will be deducted from the length of their post-graduation work permit, regardless of when a student began their studies.
