Immigration Consultants are only registered on the College public registry.

Now the new College with the new Act can investigate any unauthorized representation with the power of the Act.

If you find that you are dealing with unauthorized representative you can report fraud directly to the college from any place in the world.

New Adjustments for Canada Borders

New Adjustments for Canada Borders:

– Effective Nov. 30,2021 : Fully vaccinated individuals with right of entry to Canada who depart and re-enter the country within 72 hours of leaving Canada will not have to present a negative PCR test.

– Effective Nov. 30,2021: Canada will expand the list of approved COVID-19 vaccines to match WHO use of emergency list. This will include Sinopharm, Sinovac and COVAXIN.

– Effective Jan. 15, 2022: Certain groups of travellers, who are currently exempt from entry requirements, will only be allowed to enter the country if they are fully vaccinated with one of the vaccines approved for entry into Canada.
