IRCC announces a new Tech Talent Strategy:

– Open work permit for H-1B specialty occupation visa holders in the US to apply for a Canadian work permit, and study or work permit options for their accompanying family members.

– New innovative stream under International Mobility Program to attract highly talent individuals.

– More spots for Start-Up-Visa for this year and the coming 2 years.

– Start-Up-Visa will enjoy 3 years open work permit for all team not only essential individuals.
