IRCC expand the Francophone Mobility Program:

IRCC expand the Francophone Mobility Program to include all TEER for all NOCs with the exception of jobs in primary agriculture and also lowering the language requirements to CLB 5 and allow different ways to proof language other than previously approved tests.
