Global Talent Stream

This is a special stream with two categories where category A allows you to hire people with unique and specialized talent, while Category B is designed if you are seeking to hire highly-skilled foreign workers to fill a position in the Global Talent Occupation List.

As an employer you must comply with all program requirements and uphold the conditions and rules set out in both Immigration Laws and Regulations. On the other hand, an employee being a Temporary Foreign Worker has some measures in place to verify and to ensure the employee’s compliance.
