-Labour recruiters
-Educational agents or student recruiters.

In most cases, this is not allowed as they are not authorized to do so.

A travel agent is not authorized to provide you with any immigration services including a visitor visa application to Canada.

Please be sure that you are signing an agreement and dealing with the Immigration Consultant directly with no middle man at all. If you find any fraud or unauthorized practice you can report it from any place in the globe to The CICC.

Saskatchewan announce a new pilot program under Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program that will come into effect this December 2021.

Please note that not all Regulated Immigration Consultants are holding a license to practice in Saskatchewan.
