Below are the immigration streams that will update their eligibility accordingly:

The College of Immigration & Citizenship Consultants (CICC) made changes to all licensees

The College of Immigration & Citizenship Consultants (CICC) made changes to all licensees

The College of Immigration & Citizenship Consultants (CICC) made changes to all licensees

The College of Immigration & Citizenship Consultants (CICC) made changes to all licensees by making different tiers of licence and scope of practice in order for better serving and protecting the public. Immigration Consultants need to upgrade their licence in order to be authorized to represent clients before certain divisions of IRCC.

I have successfully done so, and it is my pleasure to announce that I am currently holding the L3 RCIC-IRB class licence which is unrestricted practice, authorizing me to represent clients before all four divisions of Immigration Refugees & Citizenship Canada (IRCC) including Immigration Division (ID), Immigration Appeal Division (IAD), Immigration & Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), and Refugee Appeal Division (RAD).

All our services, interactive actual clients’ testimonials and all ways to contact us can be found at www.mdic.ca
