Better Business Bureau (BBB) A+ accreditation for yet another year

We’re thrilled to announce that we have reached a significant achievement that we would like to share. With the Better Business Bureau (BBB), we have maintained an A+ accreditation for yet another year.

This is not an easily attainable achievement as an A+ is the highest rating that BBB grants to any business, acknowledging that our business scores a minimum of 97 points on a 100-point scale. Worth to mention that client’s’ reviews are not used in the calculation of BBB rating.

This accreditation could not be achieved nor maintained without the hard work and dedication of our team, along with the trust our clients have placed in us to be their partner in achieving their Canadian immigration dreams.

IRCC waiving LMIA requirements under significant investment project:

British Columbia identified significant investment projects for consideration for a special exemption from the LMIA process.
IRCC & ESDC assessed the project to determine if it meets the criteria
More details of their plans are expected to be communicated later spring of 2023.

Visitors Temporary Policy for Work Permit Extended for another 2 years:

IRCC extends the temporary policy for visitors who can apply for work permit from inside Canada till February 28,2025.

Rest of job offer rules remains the same along with all standard admissibility criteria.

Caregiver Program Update:

IRCC announces a faster pathway for caregivers towards their PR

Effective of April 30,2023 amount of work experience in Canada required for caregiver to qualify for permanent residence is being reduced from 24 months to 12 months. The change will be retrospective for caregivers who already applied.

IRCC announces accepting Pearson’s Test of English (PTE) Essential:

IRCC announces accepting Pearson’s Test of English (PTE) Essential as of late 2023 provided by Pearson Canada Inc. for Canadian Immigration Application.
This will make a total of 5 tests in total for both English & French

IRCC expanding Spousal Work Permit Eligibility:

Starting January 30,2023 IRCC expanding eligibility for open spousal work permit allowing spouse of principal applicant working in any TEER category (0-5) or principal applicant with open work permit including PGWP working in all skills level. This will allow spouses to reunite with their partners and start working under temporary 2 years measures announced by IRCC. This will include children at working age as well.
