Visitor visa processing for people not eligible to fly to Canada in the pandemic:

Good news:

Visitor visa processing will be back for people who is not eligible to fly to Canada in the pandemic.

This means a decision can be received, while flying still depending on public health and travel restrictions, however start processing again and receiving a decision is a great step towards back to normal by IRCC.
